Employer FAQs

General

What is SalaryFlow?
SalaryFlow provides Earned Wage Access and Salary Advance solutions to eligible employees through participating employer programmes. Employees use the SalaryFlow mobile app; employers coordinate employee data and payroll settlement.
Who provides the funds?
Dhvija Finance Limited is the lender. It assesses, approves and funds requests made through SalaryFlow, under its own terms. SalaryFlow provides the technology platform.
Does our organisation fund the advances?
No. Approved amounts are funded by Dhvija Finance Limited. Your organisation's role, including employment verification and payroll coordination, is set out in the employer agreement.

Charges

Who pays the charges?
Employees pay the applicable product charges, which are shown to them before they confirm a request. Any commercial arrangement with your organisation is agreed separately.

Payroll

How do payroll deductions work?
Settlement is payroll-linked. Amounts due are deducted from the employee's salary on payday, as set out in the employee's authorisation and your employer agreement. You receive a settlement summary for each pay cycle to reconcile.
What happens if an employee resigns?
Any outstanding amount is settled as set out in the product terms and the employer agreement. This may include an adjustment in the full and final settlement, subject to the employee's authorisation and applicable law.

Onboarding

What do we need to get started?
Book a demo. We will explain the agreements, the employee information needed for enrolment and how settlement fits into your payroll cycle.

Employee FAQs

Getting started

Does my employer need to participate?
Yes. SalaryFlow is available only to employees of participating employers. If your employer has not joined yet, you can tell us about them on the Contact page.
How do I register in the app?
Download the SalaryFlow app from Google Play, register and complete the verification steps shown in the app. Your employer must be participating in SalaryFlow.

Products

What is the difference between Earned Wage Access and Salary Advance?
Earned Wage Access lets you access part of the wages you have already earned in the current pay cycle. Salary Advance is a short-term loan linked to your salary, subject to assessment and approval.
Who provides the money?
Dhvija Finance Limited is the lender that assesses, approves and funds requests made through SalaryFlow.

Eligibility

Is approval guaranteed?
No. Eligibility and approval depend on the product and the assessment criteria.

Charges

What are the charges?
Applicable charges are shown in the app before you confirm a request. You will not be charged anything you have not seen and accepted.

Disbursal

When will I receive the money?
After approval, the amount is credited to your registered bank account. You can track the status of every request in the app.

Repayment

How is the amount repaid?
Repayment is payroll-linked: the amount due is deducted from your salary on payday, as set out in the authorisation you give and the product terms.
Will this be reported to credit bureaus?
It depends on the product. For Salary Advance, credit reporting is explained in the Key Facts Statement and loan terms shown before you accept.

Account

What happens if I resign or leave my job?
Any outstanding amount is settled as set out in the product terms, which may include an adjustment from your final settlement, subject to your authorisation and applicable law. Contact support if you have questions.
What if my transaction fails?
If a transaction fails, the app shows its status. Contact Employee Support with your request reference and we will check it and explain the next steps.
How do refunds work?
If you think you were charged in error or an amount was deducted twice, contact Employee Support with the details. Eligible refunds are processed as set out in our Refund & Cancellation policy.
